Refunds will occur only if:

• The product is damaged​ or​ broken from transporting
• The product not same the picture or in​ description
• Items lost during shipment
• Other reason: delayed parcel, change mind. Buyer will not eligible for a refund.
• Buyer have to send back the product within 14 days after received it.
• Ceramics product, buyer must notify and take a photo to us within 3 days which is under warranty. We will inspect it and process your refund. Money will return to the original payment method.
