Sometimes parcels are delayed. Please be patient in COVID-19 situation.
Refunds will occur only if:
- The product is damaged or broken from transporting
- The product not same the picture or in description
- Items lost during shipment
- Other reason: delayed parcel, change mind. Buyer will not eligible for a refund.
- Buyer have to send back the product within 14 days after received it.
- Ceramics product, buyer must notify and take a photo to us within 3 days which is under warranty. We will inspect it and process your refund. Money will return to the original payment method.
